Jobs with no start time are flagged to confirm. Overnight jobs can end before they start.

Working with Excel

Edit the schedule
Tap any job to change it. Tap a date to set its operating status and see every job that day. On a computer, drag a job to another day to reschedule it.

Exchange Excel files
Export gives you a real .xlsx workbook with an editable Jobs table, a monthly calendar and an Operating table. Import the Jobs table again to apply your edits; rows are matched by job ID. Deleting a row in Excel doesn't delete the job here.

Your existing calendar
Import a monthly Excel calendar or a Jobs table. Imports are shown for review before they're merged, so you can check dates and times first.

What's shared
Everything saves for the whole team as soon as you make a change. Live Microsoft sync isn't connected. Exported monthly calendars are for viewing; make edits through the Jobs table.

Review Excel import

A job with the same ID but different details is a conflict. Choose whether to keep the current job or use the one from Excel. Nothing is deleted.
